Our Ashburn Shooting Stars 2024 team is a competitive 16U travel softball team within the Ashburn Girls Softball League (AGSL) organization.

Our mission, like many other teams, is to provide athletic training and educational benefits through character development and sportsmanship in a highly competitive softball environment.

Through participation in the highest level of amateur youth travel softball, our dedicated group of volunteer coaches and parents will shape the futures of these young athletes by giving them the opportunity to develop their self- confidence, camaraderie as teammates, improve their athletic skills, gain leadership abilities, and embracing accountability to the team.
